Who we are

What we collect

When you use a form on this site (contact, donation pickup, volunteer, or email signup), we collect what you type: name, email, phone, address (for pickups), and your message. Email signups go to our email service, Mailchimp.

How we use it

We use it only to answer you, schedule pickups, coordinate volunteers, and send updates you asked for. We do not sell your information.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. Basic visit counts run on every visit. If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we also allow click tracking. If you click Decline, click tracking stays off. You can also block cookies in your browser.

Donations

Online donations are processed by PayPal. We do not collect or store your card information on this site.

Text messages

We text you only if you ask us to. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. See our Messaging Policy.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
